Refund Policy

Overview

AstroTrade AI offers digital subscription plans and AI credits. Because access is granted instantly upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

Subscription Plans

• You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not actively used premium features.
• Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are fully refundable on request.

AI Credits

Unused AI credits within an active billing period are not separately refundable, but they roll over to the next period unless your plan changes.

How to Request a Refund

• Email us at adityachaudharyc773@gmail.com or nk2902199@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.
• Include your order ID, plan name and a short reason for the refund.
• We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues directly and faster.
